How would everyone feel about meeting at a restaurant or bar, or something like that? Or would you like to meet at the high school again? Would like to know your thoughts.

@Mia Edgar I think 6-12 months would be a good time frame to house hack and then sell, unless you wanted to keep it as a rental.

Hi @Harley Jean-Jacques. I am about ready to close on a house to flip. I also know several other people in the area involved as well. There will be an Eastern CT REI meeting on Nov 28th if you'd like to attend.
