@Mike D'Arrigo

Wow. I didn't know about the $9 billion in the redevelopment that's been going on for the past 2 decades. Where is this money going to mostly? Major infrastructure projects?

Hello everyone. I am a new out-of-state investor that just closed on the second property in the Indianapolis area. I listed some of the reasons why I think investing in Indy is a good idea. I am sure this question been asked probably hundreds of times but curious to see what other Indy investors are thinking right now. Thank you!

1) Diverse employment (government, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and many other industries)

2) Steady population growth in both the city of Indianapolis/Indianapolis metro area.

3) Landlord friendly laws (never tested this myself but I heard it to be true).

4) Decent cash flow and appreciation (a reasonable amount of inventory that cash flows and can reach the 1% rule)

@Jaron Walling Thank you very much for the source. That project looks massive and should have a big impact on the area.

Hello all. I am an out-of-state investor with a property in the Fountain Square area. Can someone provide a source for this government center project? I would love to read more about it but couldn't find much info searching online. Thank you!

Hello all,

I am curious to hear if anyone here has some experience with being a Section 8 landlord in the Sacramento and Placer County area. I heard some great and some not-so-great things about Section 8 in the area. Thank you for all the help.

Hello all,

I own a rental property in Indianapolis (Fountain Square area) that I am considering to do a lease-option to sell in the near future. I am a fairly new investor in the area so I am just curious if anyone had success doing lease-options as a landlord in Indianapolis. Thank you for the help!

@Neal Stanfield

Hi Neal, I didn't go through my purchase with Invictus. If you are interested in hearing the story, you can send me a DM. Thanks!

@Jeb Brilliant

Hi Jeb, I just purchased my first investment property in the Indianapolis market and would like to expand my network. Can I DM you to get some information on the property manager/wholesaler you recommend? Thanks!

Just want to see if anyone have recommendations for good wholesalers in the Sacramento/Placer County area. I am looking to invest locally and just want to establish as many connections as I can. Thank you.
