No one wi care about your property....but you.

Very often an Agent will attempt to place the first applicant that can fog a mirror and get their commish and run.

From what I read you might want to do a lot of homework

Wow.....the OR experience  must be way different. Being about 5 miles South of the OP and a lifer here in NJ and the NYC Metro area, I get it.

I dont know wt...uh....heck the Griining Hyena thinks he is doing. If a T tried that I would not be compliant. Damages can easily add up quick....and our Sec. Dep. is a lille over 3K.

I cannot wait to tell the Boro I am him to not demand my RE Tax......let THEM go bankrupt, defund the school and public employee pensions (which strangle the taxpayers in this State) then re work these contracts. Time for a re start.

If you do the cheap thing it will break, could hurt someone and you would be able for the poor repair.  If you replace you can deduct.

I would be grumbly about it but would spend the $. If a low end rental and not a secondary egress maybe close it up.

I saw that earlier this morning.  Is it a law or a directive. Whatever it is does it carry the force of law. Earlier this month I saw the Gov. In a news clip saying that he cannot get involved in private contracts.

Anyone know,?

I echo most others. You are missing a key element to the lease ...a contract which is consideration....that means MONEY.

You are not getting  money from this person  and  let them in nnow this is just the beginning. Go pay an atty. to teach you the rules.

You are in deep...and the T is in charge. Spend the $ for a consult with a LL/Tenant atty. Consider the $ as tuition. This is statee and perhaps county specific.
