Replace whole sliding door or super glue vinyl frame?
My tenants broke the vinyl frame of the sliding glass window. I have two options replace window for $2K or superglue temporally until it breaks again. I am not sure what to charge the tenants. The window is $1200 and labor is $800. Super glue is well cheap. I am trying to put the house back on the market and scared that future residents will want this repaired and will come out of my own pockets. What would you do?
