Rental house question

So I’ve found a good rental house for sale. (By owner) No one lives there. I’m wondering how you find renters if there is no one living there currently.  How long does it usually take to find tenants for a new rental property especially your first, because the tenants will be the ones supplying the cash flow and the mortgage payment.

@Austin Wise depending on the amount of experience you have a FSBO may not make sense at least not without an agent to run the process. Lots of frauds going on these days. W/O an agent you will need a lawyer and that may cost more in the end. Whatever you do get it inspected by a pro. My experience with FSBO has been under disclosed and overpriced. All the best!
