@Jose Flores, thank you for you feedback I am going to take all that and start researching. I wanted to ask you though, what would the 2k deposit crom the cash buyer be for? closing costs?

Im new to the real estate community and so far I found that wholesailing is what I find interesting the most. Currently have a full time job and I see wholesailing could be something manageable on the side. Is wholesailing good for begginers? I just do not want to start off in something that may be a far fetch. thanks.

Well i am new and do not know more than a handfull of things about real estate. I am looking for people to either share there knowledge with me or point me in a direction were i can achieve this knowledge. I saw the video of the 7 things a begginer should do and one of them was learn so that is currenrly were i stand. thanks, Matt
