Dear fellow investors ,

Can someone please recommend a property management company in Jacksonville that you're using for a while and absolutely satisfied with them?

Looking for someone that does their own investments so I know they truly understand the feeling of money saving.

Also, good reporting and communications with the landlord.

Since some of my properties there isn't very much of cash flow, I'm looking for someone that is flexible with the rates when there's quantity.

Looking forward hearing back from you.

Isiee

Hi, I'm looking for a good CPA in Florida Jacksonville area that focuses on real estate clients. I had a conversation with a great CPA that was on a podcast with Brandon and Josh, but the timing from CA drives me a bit crazy. Would anyone recommend me a CPA in Florida, or should I get used to the fact that the day starts 12pm EST? Isiee
Hi, Wonder if anyone can help. I live in NH investing in Jacksonville. I bought a few single family homes from my savings account, now that I wanna cashout refi them so I can move on with more purchases, I'm having difficulties getting them financed. I really don't care which name to callbit (Heloc, cashout, refinance, portfolio loans) I just want my cash out! I looked high and low for banks, regional and community but being rejected for the following reasons 1. I don't live in Florida 2. I don't own them for 6-12 months 3. Some of the properties values under 50k And so on.... My credit score is above 750 but hitting a wall.!.!.! Please help a fellow newbie to move on to the next level. Anyone's help, advice or guidance will be greatly appreciated. Isiee

Hi all, I'm searching hi and low for a bank that would do a cash out or Heloc for my portfolio of properties. Each individual property values below 100 or 50k, and own it for less than 6 months. I would appreciate any help in this matter.
Elizabeth, did you do the cashout within the first 6 months? I'm having difficulties finding a lender that would do a cashout refi on a property I just rehabbed

Hi all,

Been reading articles and listening to podcasts but didn't come across the info I'm looking for.

I'm an out-of-town investor that started investing in Jacksonville Fl, I have 2 properties that I would like to register with Hud so I can get a section 8 renter. Does anyone know what the process would be? Or, is there anyone that does that process as a service (if it requires going down to the office etc)?

Anyone's help or advice would be very much appreciated!
