Overcharge HUD tenants
Hi,
Just checking if anyone would know if the law allows to charge a tenant over what their voucher would give them

Absolutely not. The voucher will lay out what the tenant and landlord are responsible for (as per the terms of your lease) and they will beside what the rent will be, and how much the tenant will pay. If you charge the tenant more, you run the risk of having your voucher status revoked. Once something like that happens, you're going to have a terror of a time getting it back, if you can at all.
