Hi, I have this 300 door investment opportunity and hired a DD company, I received the report and would like to get someones experienced input on analyzing and see if anything is missing.

Hi community,

I have a few homes that I sold to buyers through owners financing. I would like to send them monthly statements like they would get if the financed through a bank, is there a good program out there or any other forms that I can use?
