Hi all,

I sell homes through owners financing and collect PITI on a monthly basis. some of my properties had a property tax increase and would like to communicate to the buyers about it. does anyone have a letter or a format how to communicate it.

Your help would be much appreciated.

Very strong point. So is there a number I should use instead of a percent when it comes to a multifamily with rents like these?

@Andrew Johnson Thanks much for your quick and helpful response. The rents  are $400 because it's a multifamily in a hard working class community. Crime is considerably low accordingly. All the past expenses history equals to close to 50% and sceptical if I'm missing something

Hi, when analyzing multifamily using the 50%rule of thumb, would the same rule apply for 800 dollar rents  like 400 rents? How would that work?
