Post: moving out of state investment into LLC

I am trying to move my properties in Florida and North Carolina into separate LLC. Not sure what is the best options. I researched foreign llc as well as incorporating in Navada or Wyomin. My accountant does not have a lot of details on either options. Thanks for your help.
