@Kerry Baird thank you so much for your comment! It means a lot, my passion is growing as much as your has as well! I feel the same way about it, I want to feel important and also bring a better community to the areas I will invest in the future! I hope that when I am successful I can prove to my closest piers that real estate is a great investment.... About the REIA meetings, I've tried looking it up before but found not much results, maybe because I'm not looking in the right place? Where can I find them for my are?

Thanks again for commenting

I'm posting this on the off topics, hoping it's appropriate... I just need to get it off my chest since the ones closest to me sent willing to understand my growing passion. I am looking for a better life through real estate, a life that I've never had, I've never felt so passionate about something in my life, everyday I constantly stay motivated as I further self educate myself. Every time I bring up real estate investing to my in-laws or my own parents they tell me there is no money to make and how am I supposed to learn about it? My fiancée thinks I'm crazy and giggles at me when she ask about my goals are for today? I am currently making the time to write out my business strategy/plan every day, I found my niche in buy and hold, but eventually would like to venture out and find what else is out there that catches my interest, but for now I am focused on buy & hold, and every day I'm listening to pod cast and reading on the BP pages on articles about buy & hold strategies. Anyways if there is anyone out there that has experienced how I am feeling about support and self motivation please share with me their thoughts and opinions. Thank you for reading :) I look forward to meet you all! Thanks!

Thank you! Yes you are very right, everyday I've educating myself and ready the beginners guide. I am looking to purchasing books as well!

Rivers Plowden Thank you for commenting! Any comments or thoughts are always appreciated and help! Yes, every day I take the time to research and educate myself as much as My able body can take! I've become obsessed with getting into real estate investing! I'm getting the bug without getting the bug! Ha! So I hope my hard work educating myself pays off and start getting opportunities! I am understanding Renting out has a lot of responsibilities and having a good strategy, yet also always stay professional.
