Hi everyone! I have been doing my best in educating myself on real estate inventing. I have goals set educating myself as much as I can, doing my bet to find a mentor, looking for funding, and get into buy & hold, single/multi family homes. •How can I find funding for someone like myself with not much money? •I know renting has its downs, But what are thins I should look out for and what should I know I'm buying and who I should rent to? Based on my experience, I'm asking to anyone who is reading, is that a good plan I'm setting? Does that work together? I am currently working as a construction worker, I work hard for my family, but I no longer want to a abuse my body for the rest of my life that construction does. I want to provide for my family and real estate definitely strikes my niche, it's something I know I really want to do... If anyone has suggestions are want to share the experiences with me, please go ahead! I fueled to sponge in as much education as I can! Thank you!

Hi everybody! My name is Isaiah, would like to introduce and tell you a little about myself, and what has brought my interest to real estate investing. I live in Palm Springs, but grew up in Los Angeles... I am 22 and moved the the Coachella valley to find a better life for my small growing family. I've always have had been ahead of my age group, always worked during school and did my best to learn as much as I could... I've been officially been working construction for 5 years but had painting and interior finishing experience during high school.... Ive established myself as a construction worker and currently in the Glazing business installing retrofit Windows, installing doors and mirrors in Palm Springs, it's a lot of heavy lifting and hard work, gets the bills paid, but it's not fulfilling my dreams and the paths I want to take for my goals. Since living in Palm Springs, I've been shown how amazing real estate is, and how many opportunities I can offer! My family and financial freedom are what motivates me, I've proven to myself that I am strong enough to achieve the goals that I've already have set for myself, and I see now that real estate investing is defiantly something that I want for myself now. I've been doing a lot of research and have attempted to go to a couple of free seminars to grasp motivation and information. Most of all, I know real estate ingestion fits me very well, I have always saw myself working for myself and being my own boss, staying in total control of what happens to my success, not under someone else's budget. I've always had a great work ethic and attitude. I am very excited to start meeting like minded others and start getting to know you all, thank you for taking the time to read my post. I hope that I can find a mentor that understand my passion. Thank you!
