Thank you @Dave Van Horn for taking the time to comment... I am learning so much here. Defiently I'll be attending REIA meetings very soon! I found one in my area that'll be on April 12th coming up, I already got RSVP, I can wait to start meeting people and building relationships! Before I start looking for notes I'll keep my focus learning the ropes, thank you again :)

@Edward B. thank you for commenting.... My expectations so far seem to be correct, it does stick my interest. I want to understand it more, I'm not afraid of learning about the legal side of it, I need to find someone that has experience with it.

Thanks again

Hi everyone. I've read some others post and read other pages, I was just wonder about a little more I for about Cash Flow Notes, simplified for someone that doesn't know all the terms and understand the rations like myself. I find myself Google definitions a lot on words, but I still find myself not understating a lot of things because I'm not sure how notes work still..... I came across them when researching about sellers financing. I am curious about if they are good thing to get into or should it only be getting into if you have years of experience? I don't understand a lot of the legal terms either but everyday I research and look up definitions. Thank you for reading and commenting

@Kyle J. Wow thank you for sharing your comment

That is seriously a dream of mine to get my fiancée on real investing with me, I need to show her how beneficial it is for the two of us, I'm learning so much already because of BP, I know she can too! My Fiancée if a very strong minded person and can be very similar about how you described in apprehension, but I know she means well. With her support I know it'll really trigger something in us and maybe opportunities will arise.

Thanks again for commenting! :)

@Greg B. Thanks buddy for sharing that, my in laws and own mother weren't very convinced and made me feel real bad, but in the past few weeks I have learned so much already, I am very definite that I'll come with a better approach when educating them :)
