I was driving for dollars today and wrote down a couple addresses. However, I have no idea how to contact the owners. I was able to find their names on tax records but how can I get their phone number ? Is the only way to contact them by sending mail to that property? What if they don’t live at that property, how can I find their current residence ?

I am currently trying to use the website “ Print Centers” for direct mail to find deals in my El Paso, Texas market. It feels like it should be easy to use but I am confused about submitting a CSV file for the mailing list. Does this mean that I have to gather a list of all the addresses i wish to send a letter to and submit it in a CSV file to the website and they will send them out for me? I was under the impression that they make the letters and I send them out. Also, any tips on making a mailing list ?

I understand that FHA loans are for first time home buyers typically and work great with house hacking. I want to buy my first house hack a year from today but my credit history is a bit new. I started it last year when i turned 18. My question is, how much longer to I have to build it for a mortgage lender to approve me ? It's a good score in the 720s. The only problem is that it is a short credit history.

I read that it is smart to have your general contractor sign a contract that they will not put a lean on your home and a paper that certifies you paid them and they are required to pay their sub contractors. Is this true, can anybody expand on this ?

@Luis Serrano

Do not listen to the negativity, go on craig’s list, facebook market place, search on google “how to sell my home fast in Mississippi”, ask people on BP. Network, Call agents in that area, banks, title company’s! Somebody will know a buyer! If you bought right, it will sell right !
