Any Agents That Invest in Birmingham, Alabama ?
I have been Looking at the Birmingham, Alabama market lately on Zillow. I noticed there are many rehab homes for sale for such a cheap price. For example, i found once for 14k, it’s been in the market for over a month with a price cut. While comparing it to houses sold and for sale that are in “Move in ready” condition, they are around 50k or so.
My question is, how is the buying and selling market there? It’s sort of odd to see potential wholesaling deals on zillow, why aren’t people picking up these properties for 5-8k and rehabbing them or selling them to a rehabber?
Best,
