Does anyone have reliable resources about wholesaling with hedge funds? I just became aware that hedge funds were even a financial option. I would like more information on it, so if anyone has any advice, links to articles, books, forums, or any other resource I’d appreciate it!

Thank you,

Isabella R.

@Tim Delaney I am trying to wholesale, I will have to find a way to secure that proof of funds letter. A little more difficult than I thought. Thank you for the advice!

@Wayne Brooks thank you for the tips and advice! I got the idea for on-market deals off of YouTube from Jerry Norton. Do you think it’s unwise to invest my time with that?

Thanks,

Isabella R.

Does anyone have advice on obtaining proof of funds letters? I’ve seen advice about getting your cash buyer to provide one, but I’m trying to focus on on-market deals and will need one up front. Tips also welcomed!

Thank you,

@Stephen Keighery thank you so much! I appreciate you always taking time to give advice on most of my post; it means a lot to me! It’s nice to feel like someone is looking out for me, especially just starting out. I’m going to reach out to Mr. Birdsong on Monday, is it okay if I say you referred me?

@Michael Williams thank you! You’re the first person to put out an annual price, I never see anyone I’ve watched on YouTube or articles/books talk about an annual price for being with a title company, and I’ve been curious. I’ll keep you updated on which method I use.

Is it wise if I have a property under contract before I have an established title company? Some people suggest that I have a purchase & sale agreement, and a contract with a cash buyer. Some people suggest going to the title company as soon as I have a purchase & sale agreement. I haven't heard much information about whether or not to already have an established relationship with a title company (I thought it would make sense to have a contract first, so I'm already bringing them business). Thank you for any advice, tips, and information.

Thank you,

Isabella R.
