Proof of Funds Letter
Does anyone have advice on obtaining proof of funds letters? I’ve seen advice about getting your cash buyer to provide one, but I’m trying to focus on on-market deals and will need one up front. Tips also welcomed!
Thank you,
Isabella R.

@Isabella Rogers When I purchased properties with cash in the past, I provided an account (bank or investment) that showed I had the funds to purchase the property in cash. I never received pushback from that.
Best of luck!
