Post: Wholesaling in NOLA with no comps

Hello! I'm Isabella Rogers, and just recently started my wholesaling journey. I have a property in the New Orleans, LA area, very close to the garden district, but I am having trouble finding any comps. If I find a property close to the year built, then the style of the property is different. If I find a property with the same style, then the sq. ft. and beds usually do not match. This property seems like a great deal, but as I start my new company I want to be accurate when bringing prices to investors. I'm not sure if I should get the deal under contract first and then ask this question, but I do not where to go from here. I'd appreciate any and all helpful advice. Thank you!
