The acquisition side of the flipping business can be quite competitive, but it can be done with some consistent effort. There are a lot of wholesalers in the area you can reach out to for deals as well. They get you a deal, and make a fee in return. If the deal is good, why not! Our company does both, and buys from other wholesalers in order to keep our number quota.
