When I try to introduced Bedrooms restriction, the total results return to 0! I guess listsource does not have bedroom details of NJ houses. Anyone experienced this issue in nj or elsewhere? Thanks.

Jumping into action and doing my first mailing soon in new jersey middlesex county. Here is my absentee owner list criteria based on what has been discussed numerous times in the forums here. Thanks @David Thomas and @Andy Luick I will give them a try. I was wondering if I should use an appraiser (rather than a CMA provided by the realtor) to figure out the value of the house. Do you any suggestions?

I am trying to sell a 3 bedroom townhouse in Central NJ and would like to have it professionally inspected before I do. This is for a pre-listing certification. Any recommendations?
