@Matt Laird I found a lot of benefit from The Complete Guide to Real Estate Finance for Investors by Steve Burges. I am not sure, if this is exactly what you wanted, but it sure does provide value.

When I try to introduced Bedrooms restriction, the total results return to 0! I guess listsource does not have bedroom details of NJ houses. Anyone experienced this issue in nj or elsewhere? Thanks.

Hi All,

Jumping into action and doing my first mailing soon in new jersey middlesex county. Here is my absentee owner list criteria based on what has been discussed numerous times in the forums here. I am putting it out there for any one investing in and out of nj if they have any feedback. I used listsource.com, and the list gave me 2,527 records with no duplicates. Thank you.

Thanks @David Thomas and @Andy Luick I will give them a try. I was wondering if I should use an appraiser (rather than a CMA provided by the realtor) to figure out the value of the house. Do you any suggestions?

I am trying to sell a 3 bedroom townhouse in Central NJ and would like to have it professionally inspected before I do. This is for a pre-listing certification. Any recommendations?

Thanks,

Abdul Rasheed
