not a course, an audio book, like creating wealth by robert allen. His book was more a how-to. I dont know what kind of how-to audiobooks are out there. Its not that im lazy to read, but I spend a lotta time driving everyday, and I just thought listening to a book while I drive would be more productive.

I dont live in a dorm. I live with my parents which is like 20 mins away from school so I wont have to pay for anything. I have a job in sales in the mall currently, but the pay is not so well. What are the requirements for property management.
