Credit is a measure of financial trustworthiness. It is possible to buy a property with bad credit (although it is more difficult and often more expensive). However, if you plan to run a successful real estate investing business, having good credit is essential (as you probably already know).

I would suggest fixing your bad credit by actually paying your creditors and then staying current on all your bills. There are 168 hours in a week, which is more than enough time to work two full time jobs and still have over half the week left. Work hard and pay your bills - your credit will improve and you'll have a much better chance of being successful in real estate investing.

Good Luck,

Mike
