I have a friend that is looking to buy her first primary residence. She works in San Jose and is interested in Buying a home in Mountain House CA near Tracy. I am wondering if anyone is familiar with this area and what they can tell me about it. It's her first time and I want her to make the right decision.

Mountain House has beautiful houses with modern layouts, but is way way way overpriced. I've seen houses cheaper in San Jose in decent areas. Oh, and is always very windy there too (Mountain House).

Or better yet, is there any way you can possibly just delete that company profile for me please and I will create a revised one after you delete it?

Hi Josh,

Thing is that there's no "Company Profile" button at all. I do show a "Company" link and when I click it, it takes me to a page to "Create a Company Profile" and there is nothing else on there, no edit buttons or anything... so I guess I need to know how to get to my company profile?

Awesome list!

Here are some more..

- Take a DOG to the showings. If u don't have a big dog, rent one at your local dog shelter and bring him with you. (pitbull, etc)

- Also, never go inside the property with strangers. Wait outside (if vacant property) close to your car until they come out.

- Make sure when setting up the showing,.. ask them to bring their wife or mother or sister or any female / and / or children along. (this one always works!)

@Carol Venolia Hi, glad to hear you're doing well with the tax deeds. Maybe we can chat sometime... how's it going so far?

If anyone long distance would like to view a property/land located in San Joaquin County or Alameda County, CA, before bidding day, let me know and I will go to the property and take pictures from the outside and all around the area for you. Hopefully is legal to do that. I will then email them to you ;)

A lot of tax sales are coming up for May 2015 in some parts of California.
