I have a friend that is looking to buy her first primary residence. She works in San Jose and is interested in Buying a home in Mountain House CA near Tracy. I am wondering if anyone is familiar with this area and what they can tell me about it. It's her first time and I want her to make the right decision. Much Appreciated
