Bienvenido al grupo, Salvador. Yo también soy nueva aquí, pero tengo un buen presentimiento sobre este grupo.

El profesionalismo de este grupo es increíble!

Buena suerte.

Just wanted to introduce myself.

I'm Bri, and I am from Alameda County, California.

I've seen lots of people on this forum from California and I can't wait to get to know them and all of you on this forum.

About me?

I love what I do and it doesn't even feel like work at all. I am a "rental" property inspector for landlords and tenants in my local area. I perform the inspections before a tenant moves in and after they move out to compare the "before" and "after" reports side by side for any findings of damages, etc.

I then create a report (40 pages) of my findings on the property with pictures and comments in both English and Spanish for the Landlord and tenants.

Main Benefit to Landlord: Protect their properties

Main Benefit to Tenants: Protect their security deposit money

And that's why I love what I do for a living :-)

On another note, I can't believe I never heard of this forum before, this forum is the real deal!

But what's more shocking is, that I can't believe the holidays are here AGAIN!

Thanks for reading,

Bri ;)
