@Jonathan Greene I’m not going to do it right now. But I am starting to build my knowledge up on flipping while wholesaling. So from wholesaling I would like to go to flipping next.

I would like buy a house for cheap, fix it up and little and sell it. However, I dont know much about fixing up homes.. i know it’s best for me to hire people that are good with that.. anybody started out this way as well? Did this hinder you in anyway?

Am I just tell the contractor what needs to be done and he will go from there?

@Barry Pekin right. I figured for now or this week, I would focus on my marketing campaigns, get some more buyers added to my list and try to get absentee owner list. I havent been successful in getting list from list source

What do you do when the sellers ask for proof of funds and you are just starting out? Pass?

I tried to pull from list source and it told me 8k for a list. Am I doing something wrong? How I do get absentee owner list?

Would wholesale properties in bad neighborhoods? For example, property on a block with maybe 2-3 vacant lots, trashed homes, etc?

As a beginner, Is prop stream a good platform to help with leads and other things?
