@Jerryll Noorden I am new and looking for leads . Absentee lists is something I wanted to try to get leads, that’s why. At this early point, I dont mind looking for leads or leads finding me. I’m just trying to get STARTED and successfully get my first deal. I want to try what works, and see what others are doing .

When buying a list for absentee owners from list source, are the phone numbers included or will those have to be skipped traced?
