What’s the best advice you would give a newbie flipper? I’ve been studying real estate for two years now, started with wholesaling but it was hard for me to close on them. I’m ready to jump in

Flipping real estate is so very intimidating. How did you start? What was your criteria as a beginner? How did you find your first property to do a flip?

How do you structure real estate partnerships?

Example: partner one brings the funds while partner 2 does all the work and profit splits are negotiated?
