Absentee owner lists

When buying a list for absentee owners from list source, are the phone numbers included or will those have to be skipped traced?

Extremely valuable information!! I seriously don’t think cold calling a list for wholesaling is effective enough for it to be worth it. I’ve done it for some time now and it’s a waste of time. I’m not sure exactly what @Jerryll Noorden is doing for marketing but from my experience don’t do what others are doing, copy the people that are dominating.
