:welcome: Tyler!

BP has a lot of valuable members as well. As a newbie myself, I am amazed at the generosity of the members and the knowledge they have to impart.

You've come to the right place.

Thanks to Josh for pulling this together.

Seeing that Jeff Brown was going to be there, I had no excuse not to show up. Rain or shine.

As a RE newbie, I learned a lot from everyone that showed up. I hope to give back in-kind down the road.

My neighbors: William, Clint et al. puts on a great seminar. Are you utilizing anything he has to offer? Mike G., great website. Do you mainly work in the SFV? Just browsing through your rehabs.

My neighbors to the north and beyond: Jayme, I can't wait to have success stories to tell. Jason, thanks again for the CE heads up. Ted, thanks for the Oregonian welcome.

I personally didn't enjoy the test taking material, but I think that it did help a little bit.

When I took the exam, there was a lady there who was taking it her second time. She told me her boss gave her some test material known as "expert" something or other, and she said it was the best resource she used. It supposedly had identical questions from the test in their materials.

Thanks Chris. I'm using Allied as well and I'll keep an eye on the other prep material just in case.

Keep us posted on your ventures.

Price if very affordable too. When I took my tests I was very confident in all my answers because of their programs.

Thanks for the heads up Jason.

I see they have CE for brokers, but they don't seem to have prep materials for the broker exam. Anyway, I'll keep them in mind.
