I'm in the same boat in regards to a broker's license. College degree in lieu of experience, etc. Which leads me to ask how you studied for your exam? Thanks.

Found my way here by word of mouth. Met Jeff Brown, who told me about BP, while attending a seminar held by Clint Coons. How lucky am I? :lol:

Anyway, I'm a newbie to RE investing. Currently studying for my broker's license. A way to build my reserves and as a back up to RE investing down the road.

With my inexperience, I'm looking for a local RE investor for mentoring if you're so inclined.

I sling high-end bicycle wheels during normal hours. Dabble with FOREX; time permitting. And I'm also a firearms safety instructor.
