Hi BP!

Found my way here by word of mouth. Met Jeff Brown, who told me about BP, while attending a seminar held by Clint Coons. How lucky am I? :lol:

Anyway, I'm a newbie to RE investing. Currently studying for my broker's license. A way to build my reserves and as a back up to RE investing down the road.

With my inexperience, I'm looking for a local RE investor for mentoring if you're so inclined.

I sling high-end bicycle wheels during normal hours. Dabble with FOREX; time permitting. And I'm also a firearms safety instructor.
