@Richard C.  "The Lonnie Deal strategy- buy at wholesale prices and sell at retail prices by carrying the financing" does not exist. If you need to offer financing to get a price, that is not "retail price." That is attempting to get around usury and predatory lending laws by jacking up the alleged purchase price.

Sounds like you got ANGER ISSUES pal?  Whats your deal? Lonnie Scruggs was a great investor and teacher who contributed a wealth of information and life experience as it pertains to real estate.  What have you done besides sound off against Lonnie in this thread and might I add sound like a real jackRod in the process. . . . . . . . . take your negativity somewhere else.

@Mitch Messer  Hello Mitch, i know there is a difference between landlord/tenant paperwork and seller financing paperwork where your the seller, carrying the note and you have a buyer. What paperwork needs to be signed to protect me so in the event that the buyer defaults i can evict them without having to jump thru a million legal hoops and spend a grip of cash to get them out.

@Account Closed is your area of Florida saturated with MHPs. I may be interested in a marketing campaign to see if any meet my criteria since it's very tight knit in my area here.

@Joey English , thanks now im trying to find a park that will allow me to put the home in it and get a renter approved and hold the paper but this part is proving to be much harder than actually fining a MH. Seems no park owners want to let an outside investor in even when they have several vacant lots in their park...... oh well guess ill just have to buy a park and solve that problem!!

thanks joey. I called cashflowdepot.com today and told them and they emailed me the PDF file so I am all up to date. Thanks. I went and looked at a lot for sale that's vacant and then a few used mobile homes and used the squirrel dog method to really bring the asking price down. Scored a home today for 2500 bucks!!

Joey English Great posts joey I purchased all 3 of Lonnie Scruggs books from cashflowdepot.com but mine did not come with a pamphlet about the Dodd-Frank updates. I would love to get my hands on this and understand it as I'm about to begin doing Lonnie deals in here in Nevada. Thanks 🙏
