Welcome to BP @Pat Peri. What area of real estate are you looking to focus in to ensure acquire   a property in the next 90 days. Good luck with everything the Triangle area is a great market to invest in. 

I’m here locally in Charlotte NC born and raised and from what I can see buy and hold investors are seeing cap rates on properties in the double digits in the more affordable rent markets here cap rates trend to go down further away from the city you go. Hope this helps in determining the move to Charlotte and be sure to go to a hornets game when you visit!

Hey @Reid Knight I 2nd what @Curtis Waters stated, thoses areas offer a lower entry price and give your a great return on your money. Do you plan to fiance with Bank money or are you paying cash? This will determine your return, not sure what goals you have for returns on rentals.
