Hey Guys!

I'm new to Bigger Pockets and am very excited to learn more about what is involved with getting a great deal when buying that first rental property. For me, I am looking to connect with others in Charlotte, NC to learn more about high potential buy and hold areas.

Is anyone familiar with the city or do you happen to know any people/sources I should target? Any help would be great.
