What are some key ideas to converse about while trying to buy a house off of  motivated seller? What do I say/How should I respond? Any general information about the idea of talking to a motivated seller would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

@Devan Mcclish Thank you very much. I'll be sure to use your old people tactic.

@Devan Mcclish How do you go about finding your mailing list? Do you recommend a mass mailing to entire neighborhoods at a time?

The yellow letters seems to work very well in your area, I need to try it. Any tips regarding the letter method you use? Congratulations on the deals, as well!

Good point, Jeff. I did not put 2 and 2 together to realize that I would be profiting from assigning the contract over and not by selling the house. Thank you very much.

Thank you both Jacqueline and Steve. So listing a house on Zillow would be an optional place to sell a home that I only have under contract? Also, thank you for letting me know about the BP marketplace. I'm new and I was unaware of the market.

Hi everyone,

I understand everything about wholesaling properties, except for this one, and most important, step. Once I have a house under contract, can I list it on the MLS? How do I market a house that I have under contract?

Hello everyone!

I could not be more excited to be a part of a useful social media site. My name is Ian Scalzo and I am a sophomore in High-School and I am also an aspiring real estate investor. My father and I plan to start investing in a few months, splitting profits 50/50. I know I'm young, but please do not let that discourage you from answering any questions that I present. Thank you all!
