Hello everyone!

I could not be more excited to be a part of a useful social media site. My name is Ian Scalzo and I am a sophomore in High-School and I am also an aspiring real estate investor. My father and I plan to start investing in a few months, splitting profits 50/50. I know I'm young, but please do not let that discourage you from answering any questions that I present.
