@Joshua Woolls. Reading your post on Wayne county tax auctions. I will like to sign up for this years auctions. Looking forward, will you enroll in tax auctions again? Is it mainly paying the tax owned?

 Contact a real estate attorney in Michigan. I will advise staying away from any guru help. Most will try to sell you products, thinking that will help.

I'm looking at the Bagley neighborhood of Detroit, lots of big brick duplex's under $100k right near upcoming developments, plus it is a stone's throw away from Ferndale / Royal Oak.
