Jeff and Linval,

Thanks so much. Yes am some how overwhelmed! How do I establish a real estate business - LLC, Scorp, Asset Protection. I read Nevada LLC is unique in terms of Asset protection. any recommendations?

- Next having the right Team to work with -  A tax prepares who has entrepreneurs skills, contractors, handymen, RE attorney and legal documents for cases like rentals , property management etc..

- Hard money lenders

- Any others not included?
