I’m going to flip houses to supplement my income from being an agent and looking to use 100% of my flip profits to buy rental property. Are there any tax strategies available to avoid paying taxes on my profits since i plan to reinvest in rentals?

When doing the refinancing piece of the BRRRR method, how difficult is it to get a conventional loan without a W-2 job?

Jonathan Holmes I like the LLC idea but i do want to look into getting licensed. Any ideas on how to find an investor friendly company to “hang my license” so to speak?

I hear a lot of wholesalers using assignment on their deals and it seems to be the most profitable route. However it seems that some states are very strict about people who assign contracts and often come after them for practicing without a license(Ohio specifically). Any advice on how to make the most profit within the law?
