New member from Ohio

My name is James Schoen, and I am just getting my company. I am looking to start with some wholesaling  and eventually get into some rehabbing, multi-family, apartments, duplexes and triplexes also commercial properties down the road from around the Lima, Ohio area down to the Troy, Ohio area and from the Indiana/Ohio line over to the Bellefontaine, Ohio area. Currently, I am low on money and am looking for help on finding the money along with some possible leads on properties. Any help getting things off and going would be wonderful.
