Thank you @Chase Louderback ! How did you find a syndicator to work with?

@Matthew Baltzell I appreciate your feedback! I actually have a landing page but it's almost exclusively for my agent business. I'll go in and make it more about me and add some investing information. I didn't even think to specifically list books, meetups, etc. Thanks again!

@Chris Tracy Thank you! I'd say my strength is in numbers and evaluating markets, due diligence, etc. Thanks again for the feedback. I will change it to be more specific

I’m a 19 year-old realtor getting into the apartment investing space. I listen to podcasts religiously and have read (almost) all the books on the topic of apartment investing. I’m looking to assist experienced investors by providing a fair amount of knowledge, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn. I have unlimited free time and if there’s anyone I could help, I’d be happy to be of service!

Joe Splitrock Thank you, that’s kind of what I was thinking that it would be an advantage once people realize that i’m hungry and serious about this business.

Spencer Hilligoss I’m sure there’s some investors in the Detroit market who know all too well the relevance of “being tased” to multi family investing haha. Anyway, I appreciate your advice!

@Caleb Heimsoth That makes sense, I guess I need to focus on them trusting the deal first. I do plan to have my own money in all my deals which is why I'm waiting longer than I want to. Aggressive patience. I appreciate your insight.

I plan to get into multifamily investing by starting out with house hacking and a couple 2-4 units in order to build a track record. Within the next few years I want to use private lenders, local banks, and money I save from commissions (currently a licensed agent) to buy B to C class apartment buildings. I'm very mature for my age, I have learned a lot and will continue to learn, and I am (obviously) incredibly ambitious. However, I am still very young. How do I get over the hurdle of convincing investors to take me seriously with their money? Thank you in advance.
