Looking to provide value to experienced sponsors

I’m a 19 year-old realtor getting into the apartment investing space. I listen to podcasts religiously and have read (almost) all the books on the topic of apartment investing. I’m looking to assist experienced investors by providing a fair amount of knowledge, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn. I have unlimited free time and if there’s anyone I could help, I’d be happy to be of service!

Well said @Chris Tracy . To add to that, find a sponsor's pain point and help them solve it. You do that and you're golden.

I was in your shoes once as well.

I created digital meetup on BP for investors who couldn't attend meetup's.  Soon, one relationship lead to another and now I'm working at a private equity firm as an analyst.

Create a simple website on wix.com

-Create one landing page. Nothing fancy

-Name, contact information, picture

-Goals

-Experience: List all the books you've read; meetups you attend, number of properties you've walked, etc.

If you do this, you'll be taking far more seriously than other people who have nothing to show for it.

I can provide you with more tips as well. DM and we can chat further.

Cheers:)
