@Steve Bracero

We usually divide up our list and hit all of it over 4 to 6 weeks and then we start over on same list usually 4 or 5 times to make sure we see it through.

We have not built our team yet so in AZ I take calls and in WA me and partner take calls.

We do letters and postcards at this point....we hope to one day be doing the same and some web based marketing.

Ultimately we are building to a team of a marketing person and 2 acquisition specialists plus me and my partner. We haven't gotten past that yet. But we will always keep growing, building, collaborating, and moving forward.

Appreciate the collaboration...I do practice all of this just wanted to see if there were others practicing things I don't. Never want to stop learning. Keep Going!

So when you go to form your list what qualifications do you ask for in being specific to get best list possible?

Examples: sfr, absentee owner out of state...

Show me what you ask.

This should help many and we can always learn from one another.

We can take it down but due to location we just want to wholesale. But we have a bunch of interest in financing. Can we close? Yes. Do we want to? No. And not normal deal because he wants to leave in 2 months.

Anyone wholesale on land? I got 4 pieces of great property in Snohomish County in Snohomish and Brier. Looking for wisdom and connections to buyers who are looking for land. I know 2 of them can have 6 to 8 homes at least built as we just had a national homebuilder take a look at it.

Thanks in advance!

I have a few buyers interested in buying a fixer upper and they cannot get approval with traditional financing. So I am looking at alternatives for people who have money buy so so credit. The owner of the house does NOT want to do any kind of financing even though it is best option. We are selling house for 332K. Thoughts? Advice? Wisdom? I'm listening.
