We have some land in Seattle but we generally wholesale homes. Owner wants to sell and knows that at least 6 homes can be built. We found out that an eqsement can happen on other side of land which could potentially add more homes. I'm not a land guy but looking to go about selling it. I have numbers if someone can give me advice please. Thanks in advance!!

We have tried everything that is why we are reaching out. The person actually still lives on property in a camper trailer. We have offered to move trailer and move anything they deem valuable. Anyone else?

Let me preface that I have bought a home from hoarder before and we are very sensitive to their difficulty.  I am seeking advice from anyone who has worked on a deal with a hoarder who says they want to sell and need peace by getting out from under their home but when it is time to sign they come up with more excuses. We have offered a great amount to someone and we are willing to help them relocate any or all of their belongings. They actually no longer live in the house and actually live next to the house in portable trailer. Thoughts? Advice?

Thanks can't close and resell or their will be no money left for profits. Just looking for past investors who have done something similar and yes I am seeking legal counsel as well.

I am a wholesaler/flipper in general...so on wholesale side I get paid by assignment fee. But how can you get paid legally if you have investor buying a property if they use conventional loan. I don't think you can do assignment fee so how can you structure legally?
