Hello,

If you have tenant in a condo who lives in you upstairs unit and is part of hoa and the unit underneath is a owner whose complaining about all the tenants upstairs walking in the morning that makes noise from them walking go to work which wake the downstairs owner up. In this case can the HOA do anything or can downstairs owner do anything for tenants from supposedly making noise from the walking in the morning?
