Hey Ben, I sent you a connect request with my email. You suggest I use the TAR purchase & sale agreement? Also what clauses would be specific for something like this?

Hey I'm a licensed agent in Memphis, Tn and i have found a deal i'm looking to wholesale on. I'm still in the process of building me a team of people to help in my future endeavors but for right now what do I need to do to get started?? I'm guessing i need to get it under contract and look for investors? How do I go about getting it under contract?

Hey @Chereny Woodard , I just started my property management company last year and from reading what you posted, I would fire them immediately. It just seems to me that they are lazy in some aspects and also are shady with the way they handle their business. 2 months in a row, & no payments for the $120 late fee is bogus. Seems as though they want you to forget about it and let it slide. A good property manager is suppose to take the hassle out of your investment. Just my take on it.
