Thank you all for the welcoming words. I'm in the learning process as far as investing goes. One of my goals for 2015 was to acquire my first property and rehab and rent it out, that didn't happen due to my own behalf. Now I am back focused. Can't make the same mistakes twice.

Hey whats up everyone. I have been browsing the site for a while now. I am a licensed real estate agent in Memphis, Tn. I kinda drifted away for a while due to college stuff, studying, exams, you know. But hey i'm back and looking to gain information on how to do wholesale deals, meet investors and hopefully find some new people to meet and do deals with.
