Not using a Real estate agent
I am in the middle of purchasing my first property in Memphis tn. I am using a RE attorney and not an agent, who else will be needed?
Does the attorney handle all of the closing and title work ?

Hey Jimmy Warr you do not need an agent to purchase real estate! If you are working with a closing attorney all you have to do is submit a legally binding contract between you and they seller to the attorney and they will take it from there. They will check title to make sure it is clean and prepare all the transitional paperwork. They will also issue you title insurance.
